Can you really drive without a Licence?

There is a way you can get a driving licence and get yourself on the road without actually passing your test. There is a loophole where you can pay a number of company's who run a service obtaining driving licences for people who have never taken a driving test or exam. The process they go through is where they apply for a driving permit, a temporary one we think! and then exchange it through a few systems by submitting it to the newer EU country's. By doing so they can actually obtain you a full EU state driving licence, where you can then exchange it for your native country, or the country you are residing in, for that country's driving licence. Therefore gaining a full licence without ever taking a test. The authorities know about this, as it was also sky news who broke the story on it. And a dutch TV station also ran the story. Due to this the EU body have stated that the loophole will be closed down by the end of 2012.

I dont know if i can tell you the website on here as i may get flagged for spamming but if you Google "EU Driving Licences with no test" you will see a number of websites come up who are offering this service. I just find it amazing that this has been allowed to happen, and i personally know someone who purchased a licence from them and exchanged it with the DVLA for a UK version. I really do wish that i had done this as i spent thousands on driving lessons and tests! It truly is amazing.
